Paetawa Group was founded in 2020 with a simple mission: to improve the quality and availability of housing in Wellington.

Our team of professionals find and evaluate residential property projects in order to deliver against quality, financial and time outcomes, while providing warm and dry homes to both owner and rental occupiers.

On average Paetawa Group completes a transformational renovation to a dwelling every four weeks and provides ongoing accomodation to a large number of people.
